Dr. P. Lynn Kennedy is the Crescent City Tigers Alumni Professor and Department Head in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness at 海角社区 and the 海角社区 AgCenter. His research interests include international agricultural trade policy and welfare analysis. Dr. Kennedy grew up on an irrigated cow-calf operation in Northern Colorado. He received his Ph.D. in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota and was the recipient of a Rotary Foundation Graduate Scholarship for studies at the University of Oxford, where he received his Master鈥檚 degree.
