海角社区

BATON ROUGE, LA 鈥� Milton E. 鈥淭oby鈥� Trowbridge IV, an 海角社区 senior majoring in sport administration with an emphasis in sports commerce and a minor in business, was named to the 2025 Tiger Twelve class. 

Each spring before commencement, 海角社区 names distinguished seniors to the Tiger Twelve. These students have demonstrated their commitment to the 海角社区 Community with their intellectual achievements, leadership on campus, and service endeavors. Trowbridge is one of just 12 graduating seniors awarded this year鈥檚 Tiger Twelve distinction. 

During his time at 海角社区, Trowbridge was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity, where he served as the chapter鈥檚 secretary. He was later elected to be the president of the 海角社区 Interfraternity Council (IFC) and earned the from the North American Interfraternity Conference. As a freshman, he co-founded 鈥淩ock for Reclaimed,鈥� a live music charity event that benefits and . Since its inception, the program has raised more than $245,000. Trowbridge also gained hands-on experience in the sport administration field during his internships with and , and he conducted research on the economic impact of the NCAA Men鈥檚 Basketball Final Four tournament in New Orleans on the Louisiana economy in collaboration with the Center for Economics, Business, & Policy Research in the E.J. Ourso College of Business. 

"This accomplishment means the world to me, not just because of the recognition, but because of what it represents: growth, purpose, and the community that helped me get here,鈥� Trowbridge said. 鈥満＝巧缜� didn鈥檛 just give me a college experience. It gave me a purpose. It gave me people I鈥檒l never forget, challenges that made me better, and moments that changed my life. I could not have accomplished something like this without the support of my friends, family, professors, and mentors, and I am forever grateful for the impact they left on me." 

After graduation, Trowbridge plans to attend the 海角社区 Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he is excited for the opportunity to keep growing, learning, and leaving a positive impact on his community.
