海角社区 students place in the SPE Eastern Regional paper competition
Congratulations to the four 海角社区 students who placed first or second in the Eastern Region SPE paper competition:
- Renato Coutinho: 1st place Eastern PhD Division (Advisor: Paulo Waltrich)
- Foad Haeri: 2nd place Eastern PhD Division (Advisor: Dan Rao)
- Nam Tran: 2nd place Easter MS Division (Advisor: Mehdi Zeidouni)
- Brennan Flores: 1st place Eastern Undergraduate Division (Advisor: Wesley Williams)
The two first place winners will move on the represent 海角社区 at the International Competition in Dallas at the SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition in October.
