º£½ÇÉçÇø Faculty Brass Quintet Heads Out on Tour, September 4–7, 2025

Three concerts in four days: the º£½ÇÉçÇø Faculty Brass Quintet is hitting the road for a short tour through the Southeast, with performances taking place at the University of Alabama, the University of Georgia, and Florida State University. The program – featuring works by Libby Larsen, Andre LaFosse, Michael Kamen, Zoe Cutler, Reynaldo Hahn, and Kevin McKee – puts range and color front and center while showcasing the quintet's talent and artistry. 

The ensemble features º£½ÇÉçÇø faculty members Johanna Yarbrough (horn), Charles Goodman (tuba), Arie VandeWaa (trombone), and Ross Ahlhorn (trumpet). Rounding out the ensemble is Tristan Keaton (trumpet) – a doctoral student and Graduate Teaching Assistant in Ross Ahlhorn's studio.

  • University of Alabama –  Thursday, September 4th at 7:30pm (Tuscaloosa, AL)
  • University of Georgia – Friday, September 5th at 1:50pm (Athens, GA)
  • Florida State University – Sunday, September 7th at 7:30pm (Tallahassee, FL)
