Fluid Handling & Pressure Systems
- 15,000-gallon water circulating system
- Two 500-bbl tanks to hold Synthetic and water-based muds from Halliburton
- Two Halliburton Triplex Pumps (HT-400) capable of high-pressure and high-flow rate
- Nitrogen Supply System (Two sub-surface storage wells at 4,200psi)
- Well location allows injection of Nitrogen, Argon, and other gases from 3rd party tanks and trailers
- High-Pressure Gas Flow system
- Two Mud Gas Separators (MGS)

- 5,200-ft Instrumented Well

API-compliant system for validating 1鈥� and 1.5鈥� gas lift valves. - 40-ft Inclinable Tower
Simulates various tubular inclinations and flow orientations. - 100-ft Derrick with 12鈥� Vertical Pipe
Ideal for riser studies and vertical flow behavior analysis. - Multiphase Flow Loop
Handles 1.5 MMSCFD gas + 200 GPM water for robust multiphase testing.
