A bald eagle treated by the 海角社区 School of Veterinary Medicine was released back into the wild Friday on the levee near the school. 海角社区 football Coach Brian Kelly did the honors, opening the crate to release the eagle.

The eagle arrived at 海角社区 Vet Med in October, suffering from dehydration and a damaged wing. Faculty, staff, and students provided her with pain relief and nursed her back to health.
