º£½ÇÉçÇø Public Safety Day Gives Students the Skills, Tools They Need for a Safe College Experience

An important part of the º£½ÇÉçÇø Police Department’s role on campus is to educate the º£½ÇÉçÇø community on how to stay safe.
Public Safety Day is an annual informational event hosted by the Police Department that includes interactive booths, self-defense demonstrations, impaired-driving simulations, bicycle and pedestrian safety information, K9 demonstrations, and more. The Police Department partners with other º£½ÇÉçÇø departments, as well as law enforcement agencies and safety partners, to make the event happen.
