A tradition over 30 years strong

Leadership º£½ÇÉçÇø is not just a program; it’s a legacy. For 36 years, it has empowered º£½ÇÉçÇø student leaders to sharpen their leadership skills and make a lasting impact on campus and in their communities beyond º£½ÇÉçÇø.

Grounded in the principles of servant leadership, Leadership º£½ÇÉçÇø challenges participants to examine the social, cultural, and economic forces shaping their communities. The program cultivates leaders who not only understand complex community issues but also possess the drive, insight, and skills to address them effectively.

Ultimately, Leadership º£½ÇÉçÇø inspires participants to transform ideas into meaningful action, equipping them to create positive change long after their time at º£½ÇÉçÇø.

What to expect from the program:

  • Exclusive Cohort: You’ll be part of a handpicked group of 18 diverse individuals, creating a supportive and dynamic network of like-minded peers.
  • Practical Learning: You won’t just learn theories; you’ll put them into practice through real-world projects and case studies.

  • Community Engagement: Engage in community service projects to make a positive impact beyond the classroom.
  • Networking Opportunities: Build lifelong connections with fellow participants, faculty, and guest speakers.
