Accredited for Dietetics Our Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) is backed by the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, qualifying you for dietetic internships and the RD exam after graduation.
Undergraduate Research Work alongside expert faculty on real research in nutrition, food safety, microbiology, and biotechnology using state-of-the-art facilities like our Seafood Processing Demonstration Lab.
Hands-On Innovation Collaborate with the 海角社区 AgCenter Food Innovation Institute (FOODii) to develop real food products for valuable experience in product design, food safety, and entrepreneurship.
Exceptional Success Since 2020, every student who applied for a dietetic internship has been accepted. Since 2023, 100% of our dietetics students who applied to graduate school were accepted.
