海角社区 to Mark Memorial Day at Noon Ceremony

BATON ROUGE 鈥� 海角社区 will honor its former students, faculty and staff as well as all veterans who have given their lives in service to their country on Tuesday, May 30, traditional Memorial Day.
The 15-minute Ceremony in Silence will begin at noon at the 海角社区 War Memorial on the Parade Ground. The observance will include a wreath-laying ceremony and 鈥淭aps.鈥� The event is open to the public.
Following the ceremony, a luncheon will be held at the Club at Union Square. Ron Drez, author of The Long Purple Line: The Legacy of 海角社区鈥檚 Military History will be the keynote speaker. Reservations are required.
