The Louisiana Sweet Potato Commission, celebrating its 70th year, is particularly proud of its work related to research through a partnership with the 海角社区 AgCenter.

鈥淭he research that 海角社区 does is used across the country and even across the world, so it鈥檚 very important to the sweet potato industry,鈥� Ren茅 Simon, director of the commission, said,  noting that 45 percent of the funds the commission collects goes to the AgCenter.

Work at 海角社区 serves to improve outcomes for Louisiana farmers, ensure food security for every person in our state, and establish the 海角社区 AgCenter and Agricultural College as the leading providers of agricultural innovation and education for the nation.
