Video: 海角社区's Center for River Studies Celebrates Its Five-Year Anniversary

On Feb. 23, 2023, the 海角社区 Center for River Studies celebrated its five-year anniversary, an event attended by Gov. John Bel Edwards as well as officials from 海角社区, the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority, the Baton Rouge Area Foundation, and local and federal elected officials, including U.S. Rep. Garret Graves.
