BA Chemistry to PharmD
The 海角社区 Department of Chemistry has established an education partnership with the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM) College of Pharmacy. The collaborative initiative streamlines the pathway from a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Chemistry to a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, opening doors to careers in community and health-system pharmacies, patient-centered practices, and a wide variety of other settings.

How It Works
ULM College of Pharmacy (COP) guarantees interviews during each admission cycle to students in the BA in Chemistry program at 海角社区 who select to apply to the PharmD program and meet the minimum application requirements. The minimum application requirements include:
- Enroll in the BA Chemistry - Chemistry Concentration (for academic year 2025 - 2026) at 海角社区;
- Minimum 3.0 GPA at 海角社区 for all pre-pharmacy courses, see Pre-Pharmacy Curriculum below;
- Submission of by the date of on-campus interview.
