The º£½ÇÉçÇø Board of Supervisors has launched the search for the next president of the º£½ÇÉçÇø System. This marks a defining moment in the life of our institution—one that calls for visionary leadership, inclusive collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. The Presidential Search Committee has been thoughtfully assembled to reflect the breadth of experience, insight, and perspectives across both the º£½ÇÉçÇø community and the state of Louisiana. In its advisory role to the Board of Supervisors, the committee is charged with identifying a bold and transformative leader—someone who can harness º£½ÇÉçÇø’s momentum, elevate its impact across Louisiana, the nation, and uphold the values, vision, and traditions that define our university system.

We encourage you to remain engaged with this process as we conduct a search that is transparent, thoughtful, and guided by the highest standards—one that will ultimately shape º£½ÇÉçÇø’s trajectory for generations to come.

Public Comment

Public comments may be made (1) when they relate to a matter on the agenda and (2) when individuals desiring to make public comments have registered at least one hour prior to the meeting. Public comment is limited to 3 minutes.

The public is allowed to call or email up to one hour preceding any meeting. Please note, the board will no longer accept faxed comments.

In order to ensure that the meeting is conducted in an efficient manner, the chairman reserves the right to limit public comment, if necessary.
