Workday Student Transition Status

The Workday Student Project strives for transparency during implementation. Major components of the system will be phased in on a rolling basis. This means some data is synced after we are live. The table below indicates the status of data syncs during the Spring 2025 implementation.
If you are a NEW (Summer, Fall, or 2nd Online Spring) or RETURNING student to 海角社区, your access to Workday will be delayed.
- Incoming freshmen & transfer students are given access to Workday on a rolling basis after registering for Orientation
- Incoming graduate students are loaded into Workday on a rolling basis after acceptance
- Re-entry students are given access on a rolling basis after admission
CONTINUING students who have log in issues 鈥�
- Employees and Student Workers who only see employee profile should attempt to switch
profile.
- If this is not successful, additional troubleshooting will have to occur in ITS to resolve your issue. Please submit a for assistance.

| Prior Credit by Exam | Nearing Completion | This process is nearing completion. Credit will be loaded prior to course scheduling beginning. |
